Horizon's professional personnel are licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture in pesticide application for Forestry, Ornamental, Lawn & Turf, Right of Way and Rangeland applications and Horizon Forestry™ maintains a State of Colorado licensed Qualified Supervisor on staff to oversee all spraying operations.
